Our Asset Management client is seeking to hire a Senior Investment Operations Analyst for their Dublin City Centre office.
Reporting into the COO you will be taking responsibility for:
- Oversight of the drafting of Investment guidelines.
- Coordinating the onboarding of investment mandates.
- Assisting the Investment COO in delegate oversight.
- Coordinating new Terms of business across multiple departments for Target fund investments.
- Assisting COO on Investment team budget.
- Project management, liaising with internal departments and externals as needed.
- Managing requests from end distributors in key markets for deliverables.
- Ad hoc projects for Investment COO. Examples of ad hoc tasks could include, Project managing new fund launches, implementation of IT solutions to allow accurate decision making, overseeing Investment processes and process documentation to ensure robust governance.
The ideal candidate will likely have:
- Previous experience in Investment Operations
- Mutual fund experience
