This is a full-time FTE role focused on life insurance clients, with ownership of multiple client-facing implementation projects. You'd join a team known for its autonomy, tenacity, and collaborative drive-where project managers are empowered to lead and deliver across complex actuarial and platform initiatives (think: LDTI, model development, VM22/23, large-scale system integrations).

Job Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in technical or related field or equivalent experience
- PMP/PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (or ability to be certified w/in 24 mos. after start date)
- Approved Professional (AP) designation, adhering to Milliman's peer review and signing policies
- SaaS implementations
- Process improvement or process mapping
Experience and Soft Skills Required:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience
- Extensive experience working with project management tools such as (but not limited to) MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, PowerBI, etc
- Expertise in supporting IT and/or software implementation projects; not software development
- Experience working in the Life and Annuities insurance industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with senior stakeholders and experience in having difficult customer conversations
- A team player focused on elevating the overall success of the team
- Expertise at building and maintaining relationships
