Help define and drive the future of our digital design. Be a part in identifying product strategy and envisioning the ecosystems and inspire teams to push the boundaries of what's possible.
- Oversee the quality of design solutions as they related to UX/UI and Interaction Design.
- Elevate and strengthen UX/UI Design as a practice.
- Own UX/UI craft and capability output across the program and ensure project deliverable is of the highest quality.
- Provide individual and team-level coaching and feedback as it relates to UX/UI Design.
- Collaborate with User Research, CX team, and product management to understand user needs, identify design opportunities and create meaningful product experiences.
- Drive a human-centered design process that spans all phases of development.
- Frame design solutions and explain thinking and rationale in a compelling way.
- 5+ years of experience in UX, UI and Digital Design
- Line management experience; supporting and developing others (Preferred)
- Strategy / vision
- Internal and external relationship management
- Working with senior management to drive efficiency
