Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to enhance client and advisor experiences, optimize workflows, and ensure secure, scalable solutions within financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build customized FSC components, applications, and integrations.

• Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers to meet business requirements.

• Customize FSC objects (e.g., Financial Accounts, Client Data Model, Households).

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and secure data exchanges.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Maintain and enhance FSC configurations, ensuring platform stability and data integrity.

• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and support deployment processes.

• Stay up to date on Salesforce platform updates and Financial Services Cloud innovations.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• 3+ year of direct experience with Financial Services Cloud.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

• Experience with data modeling, sharing rules, and security on FSC.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).

• Salesforce FSC or relevant industry certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management domains.

• Knowledge of tools like Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.

• Understanding of Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, or Data Masking in financial use cases.
