Junior to Mid-Level IT Literacy & Training Specialist (German Speaker)
We are hiring for a client in Switzerland looking for a confident, communicative person who enjoys working with people and delivering engaging training.
This is not a highly technical role. The focus is on communication, presentation, articulation, and the ability to explain IT topics clearly and confidently to employees across Switzerland.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver IT and Security literacy training and presentations
- Lead live training sessions both onsite and remotely
- Communicate clearly and professionally with different stakeholders
- Help users understand IT Security and Awareness topics in an engaging and practical way
- Visit clients across Switzerland approximately once or twice per week
- Create a positive and interactive training atmosphere
- Work closely with the internal team to continuously improve training delivery
What They’re Looking For
- Junior to intermediate profile (around 1-3 years of experience ideal)
- Native German speaker (mandatory)
- French or Italian is highly desirable
- Background in communications, media, training, awareness, customer engagement, or similar
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Outgoing personality with confidence in front of people
- Someone attentive, and articulate
- Comfortable speaking live and presenting to groups
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new topics
- Interest in IT, Cyber Security, or Security Literacy topics

Working Model

Salary
CHF 100,000 – 130,000 depending on experience.
