Our client, a leading fund administrator in the asset management industry, is seeking an experienced Private Equity Accounting Manager to join its private equity team. This is a permanent role within a fast-paced, collaborative environment offering strong exposure across private equity fund operations and the opportunity to contribute to ongoing business growth.
Day to day
- Oversee the full lifecycle of private equity investments, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and performance tracking
- Support the development and execution of investment and portfolio strategies alongside senior leadership
- Prepare and review detailed fund reporting in line with GAAP for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and review complex waterfall calculations and allocations across multiple fund structures
- Lead due diligence processes for new and existing investments
- Lead and develop a team, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support financial reporting and operational requirements
