Change Manager – the job :
You will support the rollout of a new Target Operating Model within the testing environment
You will drive adoption using ADKAR and support stakeholder engagement
You will prepare documentation and training materials to ensure knowledge transfer
Change Manager – your profile :
You have 1-3 years’ experience in Change or Transformation environments
You are familiar with ADKAR or structured change methodologies
You are able to onboard quickly and communicate effectively with stakeholders
