About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst for an innovative postal and logistics company. In this role, you will help optimize operational processes and improve management reporting through data-driven insights and high-quality dashboards.
The organization processes large volumes of logistics and operational data on a daily basis. You will play a key role in improving reporting structures, KPI monitoring, and business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports
- Analyze operational and logistics data
- Translate business requirements into data solutions
- Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and management teams
- Improve data quality and support a data-driven culture
Required Skills & Tooling
- Strong experience with:
- Power BI
- SQL
- Excel / Power Query
- Tableau (preferred)
- Experience with dashboard optimization and data visualization
- Understanding of KPI frameworks and business intelligence
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience within logistics or supply chain is a plus
