Data Scientist – Canton Berne – Full Time – Permanent Position – Onsite

One of our most exciting clients is a Data Scientist to join their Data Innovation Team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and run data pipelines (real-time and batch)
- Turn raw data into usable insights
- Clean and structure data for analysis
- Work across multiple data sources
- Build and improve machine learning models
- Analyse data and deliver clear conclusions
- Communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure data quality through testing and validation
- Improve existing processes and systems
Requirements:
- Strong analytical thinking with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with messy, real-world data
- Clear communicator who can explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-focused, proactive, and driven to continuously improve
- Collaborative team player
- Degree in a relevant field with strong foundation in statistics and machine learning
- Solid Python skills; additional programming languages are a plus
- Experience with data analysis, visualisation, and data quality/validation practices
