DXC analyst

Job Description

We’re partnering with an insurance organization that is continuing to expand and modernize its DXC platform environment. Due to a growing project backlog and increasing business demand, they’re looking to bring on a DXC Analyst to support configuration and technical initiatives.

This individual will join an Agile Scrum team and play a key role in interpreting business requirements, contributing to technical solutions, and supporting development/configuration efforts within DXC.

Responsibilities

· Work within an Agile Scrum team supporting DXC platform initiatives

· Interpret business and functional requirements and contribute to technical solution design

· Configure and support DXC product functionality including rates, rules, forms, and ALR

· Assist with backlog reduction and ongoing platform enhancement efforts

· Work within JSP and DXC front-end tooling as needed

· Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership

· Help strengthen internal DXC knowledge across the broader team

Qualifications

· Strong hands-on experience working within the DXC insurance platform environment

· Experience with product configuration, rates/rules/forms, and ALR

· Exposure to JSP and DXC front-end tools

· Insurance industry experience is highly preferred

· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

· Strong communication and collaboration skills
