Integration Lead – E-commerce Analytics & Tracking (Contract-to-Hire)

Overview

A leading enterprise organization is seeking a highly hands-on Integration Lead to own and evolve its e-commerce analytics and tracking ecosystem across digital platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, engineering, and customer experience – leading the implementation, governance, and optimization of enterprise tracking architecture while managing a small technical team.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, GA4, and modern front-end application tracking within Agile/SAFe environments.

  • Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 remote)

  • Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (W2 only)

  • Eligibility: US Citizens or Green Card Holders only

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and management of tracking tags, pixels, and data layers using Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, and Tealium

  • Architect and optimize analytics tracking strategies across Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4)

  • Ensure accurate tracking of customer journeys, e-commerce KPIs, and digital engagement metrics

  • Own enterprise data layer governance and tracking standards across digital platforms

  • Conduct end-to-end testing, debugging, QA, and auditing of analytics implementations

  • Partner closely with Engineering teams to implement tracking within React.js, React Native, and Angular applications

  • Write and troubleshoot custom tracking implementations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

  • Lead and mentor a small team of implementation/tracking specialists

  • Translate business measurement requirements into user stories, backlogs, and technical requirements

  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, SAFe Program Increment (PI) planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, RTEs, and Engineering teams to align analytics implementations with enterprise release cycles

  • Act as the escalation point for complex tracking and analytics issues

Additional Experience

  • 8+ years within digital analytics implementation, tag management, or front-end data architecture

  • Strong e-commerce analytics experience

  • Experience managing or mentoring technical implementation teams

  • Strong understanding of data layers, tracking governance, and analytics QA

  • Experience working within Agile Scrum and SAFe environments

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy

Contract Phase

  • Competitive W2 hourly rate

Permanent Conversion

  • $142,000 – $150,000 base salary
