Requirement:
– 7+ years of HR technology or Oracle HCM implementation experience
– 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
– Proven experience leading implementations across these Oracle work areas
– Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Learning Cloud and Oracle Talent Management
– Lead configuration experience across Talent Management & Oracle Learning Cloud
– Experience supporting data migration, integration testing, reporting validation, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare
– Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Learning Cloud and Oracle Talent Management
– Lead configuration experience across Talent Management & Oracle Learning Cloud
– Experience supporting data migration, integration testing, reporting validation, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare
– Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply
