Senior Microsoft Power Platform Consultant
📍 Dublin (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 WFH)
We’re working with a well-established digital transformation consultancy that partners with organisations to deliver modern, Microsoft-based solutions across a range of industries.
The Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing position where you’ll design and deliver end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
You’ll work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Develop workflows and automations with Power Automate
- Create dashboards and reporting solutions with Power BI
- Work with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse to support data-driven solutions
- Integrate systems using APIs, SharePoint, and other data sources
- Contribute to solution design, data modelling, and architecture decisions
- Participate in client workshops and help shape technical solutions
- Support deployments using Azure DevOps (CI/CD, ALM practices)
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Dataverse
- Solid understanding of Power BI
- Experience with integrations (APIs, SharePoint, SQL, etc.)
- Exposure to JavaScript and/or Power Fx
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps / CI-CD is beneficial
- Experience working in Agile environments

- Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders
- Experience gathering requirements and running workshops
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects and industries
