Private Equity Supervisor – Fund Administration

Key Responsibilities
- Support the full lifecycle of private equity investments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient operational execution.
- Assist senior leadership with investment and fund strategy implementation.
- Prepare and review fund analysis and investor reporting in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage due diligence processes for prospective investments and ongoing portfolio activity.
- Supervise and mentor team members, promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure financial and operational requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in private equity fund accounting and strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Demonstrated experience supervising teams and coordinating across multiple functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make sound decisions in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
