Product Owner – Chorus (AWD)
Contract – Fully Remote working
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong hands-on expertise in Chorus (AWD) to support the delivery and enhancement of workflow and digital platform capabilities.
This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into clear user stories, manage backlog priorities, and drive Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with engineering teams to support delivery and remove blockers
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog refinement
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Support workflow and process improvements within Chorus/AWD
- Collaborate across business and technology teams to drive successful delivery
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Chorus (AWD) is required
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Proven experience managing backlogs and writing user stories
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and web-based systems
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and cloud platforms such as AWS
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance or financial services industry experience
- Experience with workflow or case management platforms
- Exposure to microservices architecture
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3-7+ years of relevant experience
