Program Manager
Role Overview
As the Program Manager you will lead the Build Phase of a Unified Internal Developer Platform, delivering both the MVP and a production‑ready platform across Governed CI/CD, Managed Platform, Observability, and Governance & Enablement.
The role drives a staged adoption model ensuring platform maturity aligns with organisational readiness. It requires tight coordination across security, infrastructure, application engineering, and external vendors to manage dependencies and maintain delivery momentum.
Key responsibilities:
- CI/CD platforms – Harness CI/CD, GitHub Actions, GitOps workflows, progressive delivery (canary, blue-green); managing pipeline templating and golden-path adoption programs
- Developer Portal / IDP delivery – Proven track record rolling out Backstage or similar service‑catalog platforms, including template development, plugin integration, scorecards.
- Process & methodology – staged adoption-gate frameworks, multi-workstream coordination, hybrid SWC/ ProServe/ FTE delivery models, and IDP/PaaS programs at large enterprises
Preferred experience:
- Exposure to managed Kubernetes and ArgoCD rollouts; familiarity with observability platforms (Coralogix, Datadog, Splunk) and OpenTelemetry; experience integrating security gates (SAST, container scanning, SBOM); application rationalization (TIME framework) and EC2/VMware-to-cloud migration programs
