Senior Product Manager – (Remote)
We are partnering with a highly respected, enterprise-scale financial services organisation undergoing a major technology and platform transformation across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Engineering Enablement.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering the chance to join permanently following the initial contract period.
This role sits within the Infrastructure & Operations Product organisation, reporting to the Director of Product.
Focused on engineering-facing platforms and enablement, covering:
- Cloud (AWS – infrastructure level)
- Mainframe, data centres, and networking
- Engineering tooling and platform enablement
Project Overview & Objectives
- Drive product strategy and delivery across Cloud and Engineering Enablement (highest priority areas)
- Support ongoing transformation across Infrastructure & Operations platforms
- Ensure alignment of engineering platforms to product-led operating models
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in highly technical environments
- Strong background in:
- AWS (infrastructure-level focus)
- Engineering platforms and tooling
- Exposure to networking and/or mainframe environments (beneficial)
- Deep understanding of engineering and developer needs, translating these into product direction and delivery
Leadership & Delivery
- Comfortable holding engineering teams accountable (internally and externally) for delivery outcomes
- Strong focus on execution, prioritisation, and delivery rigour
- Acts as the bridge between product strategy and engineering execution
Soft Skills
- Credible with engineering and developer audiences
- Strong stakeholder engagement within technical teams
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and delivery-focused
