Role & Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to the tax planning and compliance function.
• Offer tax advisory services related to international tax operations consistent with applicable federal and international tax laws.
• Manage the accurate and timely filing of all tax returns and other business-related filings.
• Create effective tax strategies to minimize tax burden while ensuring compliance with the law.
• Collaborate with accounting staff to streamline tax processes and ensure accuracy in tax payments and reporting.
• Keep abreast of changes in tax legislation and adjust strategies accordingly.

Key Skills

• ACA/ACCA Qualified
• Solid understanding of Corporation Tax
• Proficient knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for internal coordination and external compliance.
