Currently looking to fill a UAT Manager position with a well established enterprise insurance organization on a fully remote 12-month contract with strong potential for extension or conversion to FT.
This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the UAT process from strategy through execution and wants to work on large-scale enterprise initiatives with cross-functional leadership exposure.
The role will focus on:
* Leading UAT strategy, planning, coordination, and execution
* Managing UAT timelines, reporting, and stakeholder communication
* Overseeing test scenarios, test cases, defect tracking, and resolution efforts
* Partnering closely with business teams, SMEs, QA, and IT leadership
* Driving go/no-go discussions and ensuring successful delivery outcomes
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise level UAT initiatives and be comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where communication, organization, and leadership are key.
