Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Financials Cloud Functional Consultant with expertise in financial services to join our team at a leading Financial Services company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance or banking industry and possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud.

Work arrangement: flexible, 4 days WFH, 1 day work from office.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for finance processes and systems.
- Design and implement solutions that align with business objectives and leverage Oracle Financials Cloud functionalities.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for optimizing financial processes within the organization.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle Financials Cloud solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for finance systems, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to finance systems and technologies.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement in finance operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Oracle Financials Cloud Functional Consultant in the financial services industry, focusing on insurance or banking.
- Proficiency in Oracle Financials Cloud systems, with hands-on implementation and configuration experience as well as BAU user experience.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Oracle Financials Cloud or related technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in financial services.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
