IBM i / iSeries Solution Consultant – Infrastructure consultant | Permanent role | Flexible working model in Dublin
This role requires expertise in IBM iSeries environment management, delivering 24/7 remote support and project services across multiple client environments.
Role details:
– Provide technical support across implementation, operations, and support teams, ensuring service quality, performance, and SLA adherence.
– Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, and proactive capacity planning.
– Manage end-to-end customer projects, and act as a trusted advisor during service reviews and escalations.

Requirement:
8+ years of IBM i (AS/400) experience, strong knowledge of Power Systems, HA/DR technologies, scripting, networking, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
