Title: Manager – Enterprise Applications
Location: Albuquerque-Santa Fe Metro Area, hybrid 3 days onsite (Relocation can be considered)

Base Salary Range: $135-165k

We’re partnering with a well-established organization seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, support, and ongoing evolution of critical business applications.
You will lead a small team of developers, analysts, and technical professionals while partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive vendor built application modernization, operational efficiency, and long-term technology roadmaps.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for managing a largely ‘buy’ vs ‘build’ application landscape – therefore a focus on people management, project management, business analysis, systems integrations, and vendor management is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of application developers, business analysts, systems analysts, and technical specialists.
- Oversee a portfolio of enterprise applications, integrations, and business-critical technology solutions.
- Partner with business leaders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align technology investments with organizational goals.
- Manage application enhancement, support, and change management efforts to ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
- Direct project planning, resource allocation, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Manage third-party vendors, consulting partners, and software providers.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize business operations through technology.
- Ensure application environments meet business continuity, disaster recovery, security, and compliance requirements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.
Skilled Needed:
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, software delivery, or business systems teams.
- Proven leadership experience overseeing developers, analysts, and cross-functional technology teams.
- Strong background supporting enterprise application portfolios and systems integration initiatives.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technology solutions.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, project delivery, change management, and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of Oracle-based application environments and enterprise data management practices.
- Experience with business process modeling, workflow optimization, and systems analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
