My client, a top Private Equity firm ($40b AUM) is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their team due to growth. Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Chicago, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.
Responsibilities
- Improve financial forecasting, reporting, and data processes
- Own planning models, ensuring consistent methodologies and reliable data
- Partner with accounting, analytics, and operations teams to align assumptions and standardize outputs
- Implement and optimize financial systems, dashboards, and automation tools
- Reduce manual processes through AI-enabled solutions and stronger controls
- Maintain a single source of truth for financial definitions and assumptions
- Deliver scenario modeling and financial analyses for senior leadership
- Identify opportunities to scale and streamline finance operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred
- 6-8+ years in finance, FP&A, strategy, or accounting
- Strong grasp of financial statements, cash flow, and performance drivers
- Track record of leading process improvements across teams
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented
