Job Title: Senior Business Analyst & Business Analyst

Salary: Due to expansion there are a number of positions across different experience levels. There is a broad budget to remain competitive in the market with a target bonus of 15%.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking for experienced Business Analysts to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping deliver innovative digital transformation projects.
What you’ll be doing
- Gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define functional solutions that meet business objectives.
- Supporting solution design and ensuring business requirements are translated into effective system functionality.
- Leading and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating solutions against business needs.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive automation.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment, acting as the key link between clients and technical teams.
What we’re looking for
- Strong proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry (essential).
- Fluent German and English.
- Knowledge of core insurance platforms.
- Experience working with enterprise software solutions such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise-level platforms.
- Experience producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process mapping.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with the ambition to develop and progress.
