Director of Product Management – Salesforce & Sales Enablement | Life Insurance
We are working with a leading Life Insurance organization that is undergoing a significant transformation in how it uses technology to enable frontline sales and customer engagement.
They are seeking a Director of Product Management with deep Salesforce expertise and proven Sales Enablement capability to take ownership of a critical enterprise platform and redefine how it supports commercial performance.
This is a fully remote contract-to-hire appointment (4-6 months), with a clear pathway into a permanent leadership position.

- Ability to operate credibly with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Strong product discipline with practical execution capability
- Background in regulated or complex environments (Insurance/FS preferred)
