They are specifically looking for experience working on document management optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Lead initiatives focused on document management optimization and transformation
- Identify opportunities for process reengineering and drive continuous improvement efforts
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable deliverables
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to align on priorities and solutions
- Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and workflows within the organization
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Approximately 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong expertise in document management systems and processes
- Experience working across multiple lines of business
- Proven track record of leading or contributing to process reengineering initiatives
- Experience working closely with senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
