About the Role:
Our client, a leading enterprise organization within the insurance and financial services space, is seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical access and identity platforms. This is a high-visibility role requiring a strong product leader who can clearly articulate the strategic value of IAM to senior and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IAM (Identity and Access Management) initiatives
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for IAM, ensuring best practices across identity governance, authentication, and authorization
  • Lead product development efforts related to IAM, including delegated access systems and administrative access controls
  • Translate IAM capabilities and investments into clear, strategic business value propositions for executive stakeholders
  • Partner with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions
  • Drive prioritization and decision-making aligned with enterprise security and business goals
  • Communicate roadmap updates, progress, and strategic direction to senior leadership
  • Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements within the insurance/financial services domain

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Deep expertise in IAM frameworks, tools, and processes (e.g., identity governance, access lifecycle management, authentication/authorization models)
  • Proven experience managing products related to delegated access or administrative access systems
  • Demonstrated ability to own and execute on product vision and roadmap in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong experience engaging with and influencing executive stakeholders
  • Ability to clearly articulate the strategic “why” behind IAM initiatives to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within insurance or financial services organizations
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards impacting IAM (e.g., SOX, GDPR, etc.)
  • Experience working on large-scale digital transformation or security initiatives
  • Background collaborating with cybersecurity or risk management teams
