FP&A Manager

We are partnered with a growing speciality insurance business seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
This is a highly visible role partnering with Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Distribution, and senior leadership to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecasts.
- Provide financial analysis across insurance operations and business performance.
- Own monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and financial insights.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic and ad hoc analysis.
- Support monthly close and financial reporting.
- Work cross-functionally across U.S. and international Finance teams.
- Improve FP&A processes, reporting, controls, and automation.
- Support planning system implementation and the use of AI and digital tools to improve Finance processes.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
- 2+ years in a Manager or Lead-level capacity.
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience presenting financial results to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Insurance, speciality insurance, or reinsurance industry experience is mandatory.
