Change Management Lead – L&D focus

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished, collaborative Lead Learning & Development (L&D) / Change Management Lead for one of the largest insurance firms in the world. This senior leadership position sits entirely on the “people side” of our corporate strategy.

As a Lead, you will be responsible for driving overall people strategy, scaling leadership capabilities, and orchestrating cultural change across the organization. We are looking for a true human capital expert from a Big 4 consulting background who knows how to run massive corporate L&D programs and move a collective culture forward.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Program Architecture: Lead the conceptual design, curriculum development, and strategic framework creation for high-impact leadership initiatives at scale.

  • Culture & People Strategy: Drive meaningful cultural change across the organization by aligning talent management, organizational design, and team capability initiatives with modern business objectives.

  • End-to-End Global Deployment: Own the entire lifecycle of corporate leadership programs-from strategic asset creation to regional and global rollouts.

  • Collaborative Team Leadership: Work hands-on with internal teams and HR peers to foster a collaborative environment, mentor junior team members, and ensure seamless delivery execution.

  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with C-suite and senior executives to diagnose enterprise capability gaps and influence strategic talent interventions.


Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Mandatory Corporate L&D Mastery: A must-have proven track record of successfully designing, building, and running large-scale leadership development programs within complex corporate environments.

  • Consulting Deep Roots: A strong background explicitly rooted in Human Capital, People & Organization, or People Strategy, equipped with a comprehensive HR toolkit.

  • Leadership at Scale: Demonstrated ability to scale people programs across thousands of employees globally or regionally, navigating matrixed corporate structures with ease.

  • Cultural Change Champion: Tangible experience leading initiatives that successfully shift corporate culture, behaviors, and mindset.

  • Senior Gravitas & Collaboration: The unique ability to operate at an executive tier to influence top-level management while remaining an active, supportive, and accessible collaborator within the immediate team.

  • Industry Agnostic: Open to all industry backgrounds. Specialized financial services knowledge is not required-we want a transformative people leader, not a numbers person.
