A leading international insurance business is looking to hire a Capital Actuary to join its European actuarial function bases in Luxembourg.
This opportunity offers exposure to capital modelling, regulatory reporting, internal model validation, and solvency analysis within a complex commercial insurance environment. The successful candidate will work closely with actuarial, finance, risk, and underwriting teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
Support regulatory and capital reporting processes
Assist with internal model validation and documentation
Contribute to capital assessment and solvency analysis
Work with cross-functional teams on actuarial and risk projects
Support process improvement and analytical initiatives

Requirements
3 to 4 years’ experience in non- life with an exposure of Solvency 2 and internal Capital Modelling
Progress toward an actuarial qualification or equivalent quantitative background
Experience or understanding of capital modelling or solvency regulation
Strong analytical and communication skills
Fluent English
Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Python, R, SQL, or Power BI beneficial
