Senior Product Owner – Infrastructure & Operations | End User Device Management
We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to join a growing Infrastructure & Operations Product function within a leading financial services organisation, reporting directly into the Director of Product.
The Role
You’ll own the end-user device experience across a large enterprise estate making sure employee’s devices are performant, secure and consistently managed. This is a hands-on product ownership role where you’ll sit between the engineering team and the wider business, turning real user and stakeholder needs into a clear, prioritised roadmap and driving delivery against it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the product vision, strategy and backlog for end-user device management across a predominantly Windows environment with a growing Mac presence
- Working with Intune, SCCM and DEX tooling to drive device performance, compliance and consistency across the estate
- Engaging stakeholders across HR, InfoSec and end-user communities to understand needs and translate them into delivery priorities
- Supporting a notable upcoming project reviewing and planning the organisation’s future Mac support strategy
- Partnering with engineering teams to refine user stories, manage delivery and track progress against key outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Senior Product Owner experience within endpoint or device management environments
- Strong working knowledge of Windows device ecosystems, Intune, SCCM, policy configuration and driver/BIOS management
- Familiarity with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) metrics and device scoring
- Mac endpoint experience would be a real differentiator
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on delivery focus with the ability to align to broader product strategy
