A leading financial institution in Amsterdam is looking for a Compliance Analyst to strengthen its first or second line of defence. You will work at the intersection of regulation, risk and financial integrity – analysing, advising and ensuring the organisation stays on the right side of an ever-evolving regulatory landscape.

responsibilities
- Monitoring and analysing compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies
- Identifying and assessing compliance risks across business lines
- Advising internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements and best practices
- Supporting the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and procedures
- Preparing reports and documentation for management and regulatory bodies
- Keeping up to date with regulatory developments (DNB, AFM, EBA) and translating these into practical guidance
your profile
- HBO/WO degree – Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in compliance, risk or a related field within financial services
- Strong understanding of Dutch and European financial regulations (Wwft, GDPR, MiFID or similar)
- Analytical, structured and able to translate complex regulations into clear advice
- Fluent in English – spoken and written – Dutch is a plus
- Based in or around Amsterdam
what we offer
- €3,500 – €4,000 gross per month (€48,900 – €55,900 gross per year incl. holiday allowance and 13th month)
- 40 hours per week
