Oliver James have partnered with a global alternative investment management firm looking to hire a Fund Accountant/Senior Fund Accountants due to growth within there expanding Private Credit division. This role has highly competitive compensation, relocation stipend for those looking to move, strong promotion pathways, and a 2-3 day hybrid schedule of of there office based in West Palm Beach, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain fund trial balances, pricing, and allocations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, capital calls/distributions, investor, regulatory, and management reports.
- Update investment and fund data in iLevel.
- Respond to audit, administrator, and ad hoc requests.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, policies, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 2-4 years of accounting or audit experience.
- Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience or willingness to learn Investran and iLevel.
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
- Preferred: Private credit/fixed income experience, Big 4 audit background, and CPA.
