Essential Experience & Skills

Qualified actuary (or equivalent actuarial experience) with a strong understanding of the Life Insurance market.
Experience using data, analytics and technology to improve actuarial, finance or business processes.
Track record of delivering transformation initiatives, from defining requirements through to implementation and measurable outcomes.
Strong understanding of actuarial processes such as reporting, pricing, forecasting, capital modelling or experience analysis.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate complex actuarial and technical concepts into clear business insights.
Experience leading projects, workstreams or teams within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Desirable Experience

Experience within a consulting, advisory or client-facing transformation environment.
Exposure to cloud-based technologies, modern data platforms or actuarial technology solutions.
Experience with data science, predictive modelling, automation, AI or advanced analytics techniques.
