Role and Responsibilities
- Facilitate AI project delivery using a structured methodology to ensure objectives are clearly defined and met.
- Provide coaching and support to the IT department to enhance understanding and implementation of AI technologies.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers and technical teams, to align project strategies and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to guarantee timely and successful delivery.
- Organize training and development sessions to boost the skills of team members across the ongoing and upcoming AI projects.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a Development Manager in IT projects, preferably in an Asset Management environment.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence application and management.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team facilitation skills.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
