Senior Casualty Claims Professional – Excess & Umbrella
A global insurance company is seeking a strong Excess Casualty claims professional to join a robust team across the NE and Midwest locations. This is an individual contributor role with strong opportunity for growth into a leadership/supervisory role. The ideal fit for this team will be a claims handler experienced with primary and excess claims with the majority of their work being across Excess and Umbrella. Experience Required:
- 5+ complex casualty claims experience
- Experience drafting coverage letters, resolving claims through mediation, and monitoring cases through trial
- Strong experience handling excess and umbrella claims is necessary
- Role requires minimal overview – experience seeing claims through cradle to grave is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; a JD Law is preferred
