I’m working with one of the UK’s leading international law firms to hire a Business Analyst to join an established Data & Analytics Programme.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative technology team delivering high profile transformation initiatives across Finance, Business Services and Data.
Responsibilities:
– Partner with Finance, Technology and Business stakeholders to understand challenges and shape data-driven solutions.
– Facilitate workshops, gather and challenge business requirements, and produce As-Is/To-Be process maps.
– Work closely with developers throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle to deliver high quality technology solutions.
– Support UAT, testing and solution implementation to ensure successful delivery.
– Contribute to enterprise wide Data & Analytics initiatives across a programme where priorities evolve each quarter.
– Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and confidently influence decision making across the business.
Experience:
– BA Experience within technology or transformation programmes.
– Experience working on Data, Analytics or finance related projects.
– Experience working in an agile environment (Azure DevOps experience is advantageous).
– Naturally curious mindset with the confidence to challenge, influence & think beyond gathering requirements.
