Position Summary
You will play a key role in reviewing, structuring, and digitising Unit-Linked Fund investment mandates. Acting as the bridge between business teams and technology, you will ensure mandate requirements are clear, consistent, and fully ready for system implementation and digital governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and reformat existing investment mandates to improve clarity, consistency, and suitability for digitisation.
- Engage with internal Business Units to gather requirements, clarify ambiguities, and resolve outstanding items.
- Collaborate closely with developers and project stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into structured logic, rules, and clear specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interpretations, assumptions, changes, and approvals to ensure strong auditability and governance.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical, documentation, and coordination support for investment mandate and process improvement initiatives.
Success Measures
- High quality and accuracy of mandate documentation and structured deliverables.
- Timely and effective responses to business queries.
- Strong collaboration with both business and technology teams.
- Reduction in back-and-forth clarification cycles and rework.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Analyst, or in a similar requirements-focused role.
- Strong ability to interpret complex written documents and turn them into clear, structured formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience working with developers or technology teams is a plus.
- Prior exposure to investments, asset management, insurance, or regulated environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
