Change Manager – Regional Insurer

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager / Consultant to join a leading insurance company on a high-impact regional initiative. This is a senior consultant-level contract role focused on driving change management for the overall organisation development.

About the Role

You will play a critical leadership role in ensuring successful adoption of the new digital learning platform. Working closely with various stakeholders across multiple Asia markets, you will design and execute comprehensive change management strategies to drive user engagement, minimise resistance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is a regional position that requires strong influencing skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes across different cultures and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change management project across Asia markets
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication plans, training strategies, and adoption measurement
  • Engage and manage senior stakeholders across Finance and other functions to secure buy-in and alignment
  • Provide visible leadership and coaching to project teams and business users
  • Design and deliver engaging communications, townhalls, and training programs
  • Monitor adoption, address resistance, and continuously improve change interventions
  • Collaborate with project, learning & development, and digital teams to ensure change is embedded sustainably

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably in financial services, insurance, or large-scale digital transformation projects
  • Proven track record leading regional or multi-country change initiatives in Asia
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
  • Experience in learning & development, digital platform adoption, or Finance transformation projects is highly advantageous
  • Mature, proactive, and confident professional who is articulate and presentable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional Asian languages are a plus)
