Claims Counsel, EPL & D&O
We are partnered with a growing and reputable specialty carrier here in the US that are looking to add X3 new positions to their financial lines division.
– X2 Claims Counsel level positions where you will handle a caseload of EPL and private D&O Claims
– X1 Senior Claims Counsel position where you will focus on complex EPL, public D&O and Private D&O Claims
To qualify for these positions you must have 3+ years of experience within EPL or D&O and 5+ years for the senior role across EPL and D&O.
You must have strong coverage and litigation experience. You must also have a JD to qualify for either positions.
The position is on a hybrid basis from CT, NJ, NY, Chicago or ATL – 3 days in office, 2 days remote. The salary is flexible and consists of base, bonus and benefits.
