Permanent role | Compliance specialist | Hybrid, Galway
Requirement:
- At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to quickly understand new systems and manage high-volume workloads efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous:
- AML/CFT and customer due diligence
- Outsourcing or third-party oversight
- Compliance monitoring and testing
- Complaints management
- Central Bank of Ireland regulations and guidance
- Consumer credit or asset management
- Mortgage or real estate finance
- Regulatory audits or compliance reviews
