Requirement:
– At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in banking, financial services or a related regulatory environment.
– Good knowledge of financial services regulation and compliance requirements.
– Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
– Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Experience:
– AML/CFT and customer due diligence
– Outsourcing or third-party oversight
– Compliance monitoring and testing
– Complaints management
– Central Bank of Ireland regulations and guidance
– Consumer credit or asset management
– Mortgage or real estate finance
– Regulatory audits or compliance reviews
