Role Summary

An opportunity for an experienced attorney to join an established in-house Corporate Legal team, supporting a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters across a global business.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, procurement, technology and SaaS agreements.
• Advise on intellectual property, trademarks and licensing.
• Support corporate real estate and lease matters.
• Manage commercial disputes, litigation and outside counsel.
• Advise on AI-related contracts, privacy and data protection.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and develop legal processes and templates.

Candidate Requirements

• JD and active US Bar membership.
• 5-8 years’ legal experience (private practice and/or in-house).
• Strong commercial contracts drafting and negotiation experience.
• Broad corporate legal exposure and sound commercial judgement.
• Experience in IP, technology, real estate, litigation or privacy advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
