Cyber Resilience Lead

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Resilience Lead to join an international organization and strengthen its cyber and operational resilience capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Cyber Resilience, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) initiatives.
• Coordinate response and recovery during cyber incidents, including ransomware scenarios.
• Define and review RTOs, RPOs, backup and recovery strategies.
• Identify resilience gaps across critical IT systems and infrastructure.
• Coordinate recovery exercises and crisis simulations.
• Work closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, IT Operations and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / Cyber Resilience.
• Strong experience with Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery.
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, CMDB and ITSM.
• Experience with incident response, crisis management and system recovery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Experience with ServiceNow or CrowdStrike is highly valued.

Hybrid position based in Barcelona.
