FUND ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR, ALTERNATIVES – FULLY REMOTE

JOB SUMMARY / INTRODUCTION
Our client is seeking a Fund Accounting Supervisor to oversee the accounting and administration of private equity and hedge fund clients. This role combines fund accounting, client service and supervision of junior team members.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
* Review NAV calculations, reconciliations and fund accounting reports.
* Maintain accurate accounting records and support year-end audits.
* Manage client inquiries, reporting deadlines and escalated matters.
* Review the work of Fund Accounting Analysts.
* Train, supervise and support the development of junior team members.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
* 2-5 years of fund accounting or fund administration experience.
* Alternative investment experience preferred.
* Strong Excel, communication and client service skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
* Previous experience reviewing or supervising junior team members is advantageous.
