We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation program within the High Net Worth (HNW) insurance sector. This role will support the enhancement and modernisation of an existing insurance platform that serves High Net Worth clients and interfaces with Family Offices and wealth management stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to implementation and post-go-live support.
- Engage with business stakeholders, underwriting teams, operations, product owners, and Family Office representatives to understand business needs and challenges.
- Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions to define future-state processes and solution requirements.
- Support system integration activities and identify impacts across upstream and downstream applications.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the transformation journey.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to business processes and systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within the insurance industry.
- Strong experience working on High Net Worth (HNW) insurance products, services, or platforms.
- Proven experience delivering projects involving policy administration, underwriting, client servicing, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated end-to-end Business Analyst experience across the full project delivery lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders and technical teams.
- Experience facilitating workshops and translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable deliverable.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
