Our insurance client is looking for an International Senior Tax Contractor in London to provide technical tax support across its growth and structuring initiatives. This is an initial 6-month contract, Inside IR35, at around £700-£800 per day. It is hybrid, with two days per week in the central London office.
The day rate is flexible for the right experience. This position puts you at the centre of how the business designs and implements its cross-border structures.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing international tax advice to support the business’s growth and structuring plans
- Supporting the design and implementation of cross-border structures, making sure they are tax efficient and compliant
- Coordinating input from external advisers and local specialists across jurisdictions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong international corporate tax experience gained within a large multinational group
- Strong technical international tax capability, which matters more to the client than sector background
- The confidence to manage and coordinate advice from external advisers and local specialists
Desirable
- Insurance experience, which the client highly prefers
- Experience within wider financial services
- Exposure to UK, US and European tax considerations
Insurance or financial services experience is preferred but not essential. If your international tax capability is strong and your background is in another sector, we’d still like to hear from you.
