Investment Associate | Insurance Asset Management | West Des Moines, IA
A well-capitalized, employee-owned insurance asset manager in West Des Moines is looking for an Investment Associate to join their portfolio management team.
The Role
You will support oversight of external fixed income managers, conduct quantitative and qualitative portfolio analysis, maintain surveillance tools and reporting packages, and develop a deep understanding of credit markets within an insurance GA framework. This is an analytical seat with real exposure to the investment process.
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in fixed income, credit analysis, or insurance asset management
- Bloomberg proficiency
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- NAIC/NRSRO familiarity a plus
- CFA designation or pursuit preferred
