- Provide IT support to employees.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external asset-related enquiries, ensuring they are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Use relevant tools and technologies to track and manage IT assets.
- Ensure asset and configuration records are accurately maintained, controlled, and readily available when required.
