Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end development of insurance products, from market research and ideation through to implementation and launch.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, marketing materials, and customer propositions to enhance customer experience and commercial performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.
- Analyze product and sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve existing products.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and business objectives.
- Assist in system implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and product launch activities.
- Provide administrative and project support throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the product team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience within the insurance industry.
- Exposure to product development, product management, business analysis, or project coordination is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in Agile or project-based environments is a plus.
